Just a great location. Walk to Flanders Club House, golf course, bus stop. Everything right there when you walk from this one bedroom unit. You can be creative as this unit is pretty original,but the maintenance has always been a priority and the owner has maintained it well. The only thing he has not been able to address is the microwave over the stove no longer works. There is much room for a creative person to go in and make it their very own.
