I am so glad that we ended up working with the Carroll Home Team to sell our current home and buy our next one! Sarah ended up being our buying agent, and Jon was our selling agent. We couldn't have been in better hands! It was our first time buying and selling a home and everything was new to us. Sarah kindly and patiently explained everything and was very attentive to our many late night questions and concerns, no matter how silly. She was very personable and clearly cares about her clients and works tirelessly to negotiate the best deal for them. Jon really knows his stuff when it comes to the market. We took his pricing advice and he not only got us dozens of showings scheduled, but most importantly he got us the highest and best price for our home (well above asking). Jon is a man of integrity. He had an opportunity to make more money, but he recommended we accept the offer that he felt was more secure, putting what was best for us as clients over receiving more profit. I was very impressed by his character. Everyone at the Carroll Home Team has been outstanding! They're all very polite, friendly, and attentive. The unsung heroes of the team, Jessa and Shera the transaction and listing coordinators were incredibly patient with me. They answer questions right away, and if they don't have the answers, they find out promptly. It gave us peace of mind to know that we were in good, knowledgeable hands.
