I was very impressed by his character. Everyone at the Carroll Home Team has been outstanding! They're all very polite, friendly, and attentive. The unsung heroes of the team, Jessa and Shera the transaction and listing coordinators were incredibly patient with me. They answer questions right away, and if they don't have the answers, they find out promptly. It gave us peace of mind to know that we were in good, knowledgeable hands. I wouldn't even know where to start saying good things about Priscilla. My wife and I had never been to the Vero Beach area and planned to buy a retirement house there. Priscilla went out of her way to educate us about the general area and answer all of our questions. She helped us pick out the perfect condo and negotiated a great price. Everything was coming up roses... until the seller backed out the day before closing. Priscilla went into action immediately and started taking care of everything. She went above and beyond to take extra time out and do a video walkthrough of a different condo. She again negotiated a fair price for all and also helped us get our deposit back from the prior condo. We just saw our new home in person for the first time and couldn't be happier. Great team. A bit confusing with tons of emails from different people on different things throughout the process. Our agent Michelle ended up only working with us a short time and was on a family vacation and another agent Sarah filled in working with us and was fantastic right up until the last minute- there was a few hiccups- nothing to do with the Carol team, but it all worked out and we are proud new Florida home owners!!
