I decided to choose Jon as an agent to represent me on a property I was interested in after reading a bunch of reviews. He stated he would look into it and get me the info I needed. After a week went by I called and he was stating he was unable to contact the selling agent despite myself being able to and proceeded to say he wasn’t the right guy for me. I would shy away from any realtor not willing to work for you and follow up with what you need. I can’t speak about the rest of the team but the reviews for Jon are not as accurate as what they seem to be.
